Growth Charts
One of the ways health professionals evaluate a child’s health is to check whether he is growing normally.
They do so by consulting a growth chart. To do this at home, you will need to measure your child’s height, weight and head circumference.
You should measure your child on a regular basis to chart his growth over a long period of time and have a solid basis for comparison with his peers.
But remember that children do not grow at the same rate. Each of them develops at his own pace.
