Directions for Use: Turbuhaler™
Certain drugs are formulated as a powder and delivered by various types of inhaler devices. Dry powder inhalers deliver the drug to your lungs, helped by the force of your indrawn breath. Contrary to metered-dose inhalers, the Turbuhaler™ contains no propellant gas. When using the Turbuhaler™, please follow these directions:

Replace the cover before storing your inhaler. Clean the outside of the mouthpiece once a week with a dry cloth. Never use water or any other fluid.
If you drop the inhaler after loading a dose or if you breathe into it, you will lose the dose. If this happens, repeat the above steps.
It is normal for people not to taste or feel any medication when inhaling dry powder. However, it is possible that some medication stick to the inside of your mouth and throat. To reduce the risk of side effects, rinse your mouth with water after each use.
The Turbuhaler™ inhaler is equipped with a dose indicator. When a red mark appears in the window under the mouthpiece, there are approximately 20 doses left. When the red mark reaches the bottom of the window, the inhaler is empty. Some inhalers come with dose counters; the number of remaining doses appears in the window. Empty inhalers will continue to make a sound when shaken.
