• Gently blow your nose.
• Shake the device well.
• Take the cap off.

To use, prime the device by pressing and releasing the mist-release button 6 times or until a fine mist is sprayed from the nozzle. Remove the cap before priming.

Prime the device only when:

• Using a new device for the first time.
• You have not used the product for 30 days or longer.
• The cap has been left off the device for 5 days or longer.
• The device was accidentally dropped to make sure it has not been damaged.

• Tilt your head forward slightly.
• Place the nozzle in the nostril.
• Hold the device as shown in the illustration.
• Point the end of the nozzle toward the outside of your nostril.
• Firmly press the mist-release button once, while gently breathing in through your nose.
• Take the nozzle out of your nose.
• Breathe out through your mouth.
• Repeat in the other nostril.

• Wait at least 15 minutes before blowing your nose.
• After each use, wipe the nozzle with a dry tissue.
• Put the cap back on the device.
• Once a week, clean the inside of the cap with a dry tissue.
